6 pm Monday, May 9: Steering Committee Meeting. The public is invited to attend the monthly meeting of the Board of Directors.

Tuesday, May 10 from 10.30 am to 11.15 am: Ready, ready, read! ages 3-6 years. Story time to help children develop literacy skills and prepare for school. Pre-registration is no longer required for this program.

Tuesday, May 10 from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm: Start the night, from ninth to twelfth grade. “Spiderman: No Way Home” (Rating PG-13) will be screened at this free movie night. Movie Summary: When Dr. Strange’s spell to restore Spiderman’s identity goes awry, Peter is forced to overcome his biggest challenge to date.

10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 11: Shake, rattle, read! age 9-36 months. Fun time, music stories. Pre-registration is no longer required for this program.

4:30 pm to 5:15 pm Wednesday, May 11: Elephant & Piggie Party, from kindergarten to second grade. It’s time to have fun with the Elephant & Piggie books. Listen to some stories, play games and make a craft.

Wednesday, May 11 from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm: Group of books Wednesday night, adults. “The Dutch House” by Ann Patchett will be discussed in this book group led by a patron.

Thursday, May 12 from 11 a.m. to noon: Gentle yoga with Dan Retoff, adults. Retoff teaches this gentle yoga class for the whole body for all ages and experience levels. Participants are asked to bring their own yoga mat / towel.

4:30 pm to 5:30 pm Thursday, May 12: May flowers, third to fifth grade. April showers bring May flowers. Using watercolors, participants will create an art bouquet project and learn about the water cycle that helps create beautiful flowers.

Thursday, May 12 from 6 to 7 p.m.: Cooking from your garden, adults. Master gardener Natalie Martin will teach this cooking course with recipes that include vegetables, fruits and herbs in the summer garden. Gardening tips will also be shared.

13:30 to 15:30 Saturday, May 14: The Loop Group, adults. Knit and crochet in a fun environment with knowledgeable people.
