Sporting KC Weekly schedule: 10.-15.05.2022

Sporting Kansas City will play its first club bout of the week as the team hosts FC Dallas on Tuesday at Children’s Mercy Park in the U.S. Open Cup quarterfinals before continuing its MLS regular season with a visit to the Portland Timbers on Saturday at Providence Park.

Tuesday’s game will begin at 7:30 p.m. CT as Sporting Kansas City and FC Dallas play for a place in the U.S. Open Cup quarterfinals. Tickets are available online at SeatGeek and are included in the Sporting Kansas City Season Ticket Member packages. The match will be broadcast live on ESPN + with local radio broadcasts available on Sports Radio 810 WHB – starting at 18:30 CT – and La Grande 1340 AM for Spanish listeners.

On Thursday, US Soccer will hold a draw to determine the matches and hosts for the U.S. Open Cup round of 16 matches to be played May 24-25.

After scoring a goalless draw on Saturday against current NYCFC MLS Cup champions, Sporting Kansas City will return to the road this Saturday to face second-placed MLS Cup 2021 Portland Timbers this Saturday. The Clash of the Western Conference will be broadcast locally on 38 The Spot with a three-hour broadcast beginning at 8:30 p.m. The broadcast will also be broadcast live on and in the Sporting KC app for viewers in Kansas and Missouri (excluding the St. Louis area under MLS policy), as well as ESPN + for out-of-market subscribers.
