PMDG issues 737 for IFRS starting at 737-700

The PMDG 737 series for Microsoft Flight Simulator has been launched, starting with the 737-700 model.

The Boeing 737 is one of the most popular aircraft in the sky today and is known around the world for being a workhorse. Airlines use aircraft to fly short and medium routes around the world, and now PMDG has brought the legendary aircraft to Microsoft Flight Simulator.

The package includes the 737-700 body, which includes the passenger variant, the BBJ variant and also the cargo variant. As in the real world 737-700, you can also choose between winglets or split scissors models.

One of the basic features of the product is the large customization that can be done by individual type. You can choose from hundreds of configurable options directly within the simulator. From changing elements such as screens to units of measure and more. Numerous liveries can also be installed using the included PMDG operations center.

As with other PMDG products from the past, the 737 for MSFS includes deep system simulation. Any action you take as a virtual pilot will have an impact on other systems, which means that you need to pay attention and attention so that the aircraft can fly properly. The aircraft also has precise flight modeling, custom autopilot feature and a host of other behind-the-scenes things that help make this aircraft one of the deepest simulated aircraft currently available for the platform.

PMDG also included detailed modeling, working with PBR textures and an authentic sound package recorded from a real aircraft.

Pilots looking for a higher challenge can also take advantage of the included fault simulation, which can be run manually, automatically or dynamically based on the use of aircraft.

The current version of the release does not include EFB or functional meteorological radar, but PMDG plans to bring these features in future free updates. Previously, regular updates were promised approximately every two weeks to include debugging and more during “Early adopter” period. This period of early adoption begins today and will continue until 737-900 is published (currently planned sometime in September 2022).

You can now buy the PMDG 737-700 for Microsoft Flight Simulator at the PMDG store for $ 69.99. Remember, once the 737-600 comes out, the price will go up to $ 74.99.

For those looking to buy it for the Xbox or through the in-sim Marketplace, the 737-700 will come at a much later time.
