Elon Musk, founder of Tesla, SpaceX and future CEO of Twitter, revealed his personal build Elden Ring. In the past, Musk did not hesitate due to the fact that he regularly plays video games. And while it’s hard to know where he finds the time to do so, that obviously didn’t stop him from trying out the latest action-adventure game FromSoftware.
In today’s Twitter interview, Musk commented that a particular image contains “vibes” similar to those seen on Elden Ring. In response, one user then asked Musk what character he used in the game. Surprisingly, Musk eventually answered this question and said that he was primarily creating a magician who specializes in intelligence and dexterity. “Shield in left hand, stick in right with rapier and quick switch,” he said of how his own character he created in Elden Ring. “Change armor from heavy to medium for a quick throw or a tank. Move the talismans a lot. A lot of small hits in a row to stack damage is important.”
Int / Dex grade, so mostly a magician with some weapon. Shield in left hand, stick in right with quick switch for rapier and claws.
Change your armor from heavy to medium for a quick throw or tank.
Move talismans often.
Lots of small hits in a row for stack damage are important.

Basically, this construction that Musk described here has become popular Elden Ring. Compared to past FromSoftware titles, Mage builds appear more often Elden Ring due to the redesigned magical system of the game. With so many more ways to damage enemies with the magic and spells in the title, it would make sense that Musk would be interested in trying out these new features that have appeared in the game. Whether or not Musk actually finished Elden Ring it’s another question, but given how busy he was in early 2022, that would certainly be a surprise.
